Program Description

The Human Services Delivery and Administration (B.S.) prepares students with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve individuals, families, groups, and communities, and to manage human services functions. 

Our program is nationally accredited in the field of human services. Students can earn national certification as human services professionals by taking the Board-Certified Human Services Professional (BC-HSP) Exam during their final semester of coursework. 

Human Services Delivery and Administration (HSDA) promotes improved service delivery systems by addressing not only the quality of direct services, but also by seeking to improve accessibility, accountability, and coordination among professionals and agencies in service delivery.
