Program Description
Have you considered creating video games as a career? The Bachelor of Science in Computer Game Design and Development (BSCGDD) degree equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to produce your own digital media for entertainment, research, and education. The Computer Game Design degree program is the only four-year bachelor’s degree like it offered at a public university in Georgia.
The computer game design skills you’ll learn with the Game Design and Development degree at Kennesaw State can help you turn your ideas into creative, engaging, and immersive multimedia systems like online games (and massive multi-player games on (MMOG), casual games, mobile games and instructional/educational games.
As part of the program, you have many upper-level concentrations to choose from to match your area of interest. While these concentrations may change as the field evolves, current offerings include media-production, distributed-mobile, education-serious, planning-management and simulation-informatics.
