Certificate in Human Resource Leadership

The certificate in Human Resource Leadership prepares students to be an effective HR leader in areas such as employee training, employee career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and high potential identification.

Students must have already completed a bachelor's degree. Students are considered to be non-degree seeking, so financial aid is not available.
